The purchase of products from the site presupposes the knowledge and acceptance by the customer of the general conditions of sale described below:
 

 Assumption of Responsibility

Responsibility for navigation on the Site is entirely the responsibility of the User. The Administrator does not recognize any guarantee, either expressed or implied, in relation to the Site and its content, including completeness, accuracy and quality.  Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

Orders are accepted only and exclusively through the Internet electronic cart of www.minaservicesrl.it/it/. The order placed by the customer is subject to acceptance by Mina Service Srl. The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a notice of confirmation of the order, by electronic mail (E-mail), indicating the order number and its link to follow the status of his order. At the time of sending the order, we intend to enter into a contract of sale and the customer, placing the order, claims to have read all the information provided to him and to accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below. N.B: If you change your mind and want to cancel the order, we kindly ask you to promptly notify us by email to segreteria@minaservicesrl.it
If the customer is an individual who buys products for purposes not related to his professional activity, once the online purchase procedure is completed, he must print or save an electronic copy and keep these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of art. 49 of DL 206/2005 on distance selling.

 Product Availability

In the product catalog published on the site www.minaservicesrl.it/it/, the availability of products, even being constantly updated, depends on our suppliers and may change NOT IN REAL TIME and without notice. For organizational reasons, the calculation of product availability is updated after packing.
Orders placed by individuals working in their profession or companies must be authenticated as such when placing the order. If they do not do so, orders are considered placed by consumers.
The customer can purchase products, viewable and described on the site www.minaservicesrl.it/it/ bearing in mind that the images of the products may not be fully representative of their characteristics. The information on the single product are found on informative material, paper or electronic of the manufacturers, which have reserve to vary the information on the products in any moment, without any warning.
It is excluded any right of the customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or cancellation due to failure to pay by the deadline of an order.

 Pricing

All prices shown in the detail pages on the site www.minaservicesrl.it/it/ , are presented with VAT included.
The VAT applied in the measure of 22% on most items in the detail page is specified the tax rate.

 Purchase Modes

The receipt of the order is confirmed by sending, automatically, an e-mail to the e-mail address of the customer, with all the details of the order placed, order number, date, products purchased, the total amount to be paid. The customer must verify the accuracy of the data and communicate any corrections.
The sending of the e-mail confirmation for the receipt of the order is made, always, subject to acceptance of the order by Mina Service Srl, in case of non-acceptance of the order, will be given immediate notice.
For products sold is issued an invoice for those who have identified themselves as a company with VAT.
The data for the issuance of the invoice and for sending it will be those indicated by the customer at the time of registration, it will be care of the customer to notify Mina Service srl via email at segreteria@minaservicesrl.it of any changes. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.

 Right of withdrawal

To the senses of the art. 50, 51, 54, 57 and 59 of the DL 206/2005, he who buys products for different purposes from own professional activity (That they do not indicate Vat) has straight to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason, without having to supply explanations or to pay penalties. As soon as we receive notice of withdrawal we will communicate to the customer the procedures for returning the refund, which must be received within 10 days of authorization. The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions: The right of withdrawal applies to the entire product, it is not possible to withdraw only on a part of the product purchased. The customer must take care to communicate the bank details (IBAN code) of an account in his name on which to make the refund.

 Legal warranty for lack of conformity

Mina Service Srl provides the official warranty for the duration of 24 months from the date of purchase according to DL 206/2005. The consumer loses the right to enforce the above warranty if he does not report the conformity defect within 2 months from its discovery.
The guarantee is valid for the following defects
- the product does not correspond to the agreement;
- the product does not possess the essential characteristics;
- the product does not correspond to the usual use and quality;
Mina Service Srl will not be responsible for any damage that may result from misuse of the products.

 Methods of Payment

Payment by bank transfer in advance must be made and communicated within 5 working days of receipt of order confirmation otherwise it will be considered void. The days required for the processing of your order will start from the time of payment.

Attention: if you choose to pay by bank transfer or PayPal, Mina Service Srl will wait to ascertain the credit before confirming the product and in any case the payment must be made within 5 days of receipt of order confirmation.
